Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tru Vybz Radio account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In the app (recommended):

1. Open the Tru Vybz Radio app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — By email:

If you can’t access the app, email info@truvybzradio.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete My Account”. We will verify your request and delete your account and personal data.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we:

• Delete your login/authentication account (email and password), so you can no longer sign in.
• Delete your profile document, including your nickname and profile photo (avatar).
• Delete your private block list.
• Delete your Fan Cam posts and the photos you uploaded.
• Delete uploaded files associated with your account (avatar and Fan Cam images).
• Anonymize your past chat messages by removing your nickname and avatar (the message text remains to preserve conversation continuity, but is no longer tied to your identity).

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of the community and Tru Vybz Radio. Anonymized content that can no longer be linked to you may remain.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed after we verify your identity, typically within a few days.
