Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tru Vybz Radio mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

Accounts are created and secured through Firebase Authentication using your email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at info@truvybzradio.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and to keep the App a safe, welcoming space for the Vybz Family. You will not:

• Post hateful, harassing, threatening, explicit, or unlawful content.
• Spam, flood, scam, or impersonate others.
• Share private personal information (yours or anyone else’s).
• Upload content you don’t own or have the right to share.
• Disrupt, hack, or misuse the App or its services.

Your content & license

You retain ownership of the chat messages, Fan Cam photos, captions, reactions and requests you create (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant TruVybz Radio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the community. You represent that you have the rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

Fan Cam & uploads

The Fan Cam lets you upload photos to a public wall. Only upload images you own or are authorized to share, and only content appropriate for a public, all-ages audience. Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to add a photo, and can be managed in your device settings.

Chat & real-time interaction

The chat room is public and in real time. You are responsible for what you post. Messages, reactions and presence may be visible to other members and to moderators.

Custom emojis

Custom emojis are provided by TruVybz Radio and its moderators for use within the App. They remain the property of TruVybz Radio and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the App without permission.

Moderation & enforcement

Moderators may review, hide, edit or permanently remove any content, and may restrict, suspend or ban access at their discretion — with or without notice — to protect the community. Repeated or serious violations can result in permanent loss of access.

Streaming audio & TV

Live audio is delivered via our streaming provider (Radio.co) and is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not record, rebroadcast, or redistribute the stream. The TV (video) section may appear in STANDBY and is only available when a live broadcast is active. Programming and availability may change at any time.

Support & donations

The App may offer an optional way to support the station via Zelle. Any contribution is handled entirely by Zelle and your bank outside the App. Contributions are voluntary, are not payment for any goods or services, and are generally non-refundable. TruVybz Radio does not process or store your payment details.

Intellectual property

The TruVybz Radio name, logo, artwork, custom emojis and App content are owned by TruVybz Radio and protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App, stream, or any feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruVybz Radio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any content or the conduct of other users.

Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
